you own the Artwork,
or
you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use the Artwork for the requested purpose.
Copyrighted and trademarked artwork belonging to other individuals or entities may not be used unless you have the owner’s express permission. We reserve the right to:
request written confirmation of permissions; and/orr
efuse an order if, in our sole discretion, the final product may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Unacceptable ArtworkWe reserve the right to reject Artwork that, in our sole discretion, contains or promotes content that is derogatory, inflammatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, without limitation, content targeting an individual or group based on race, religion, national origin, physical attributes, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or content containing profanity, pornography, or unlawful materials.
