What do you need from me to create a quote?

To provide you with an accurate quote, we typically need:

  • The product(s) and/or category of items you would like
  • Quantity
  • Imprint location(s)
  • Number of imprint colors (if applicable)
  • Your ship-to address
  • Your in-hands date
  • If you have your logo file, include it; if not, you can send it later.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

Minimums vary by product and decoration method. Many items start around 25–100 units, but some can be lower or higher depending on the supplier and customization. We’ll confirm the MOQ once we review your request.

How long does production take, and do you offer rush options?

Timelines vary based on the product and program. For most standard branded merchandise (many drinkware, bags, office items, etc.), production is typically 7–15 business days after artwork/proof approval, plus shipping time.

Apparel can vary based on decoration method (screen print vs. embroidery), garment availability, sizes, and colorways. Therefore, we confirm the most accurate timeline once specs are finalized.

For larger or more complex programs, especially multi-week continuity programs (4, 5, or 8 weeks) and/or overseas production—timing depends on several factors, including:

  • Quantity and item complexity (and number of SKUs/variations)
  • In-hands date and whether delivery is one-time or scheduled weekly drops
  • Production method (stock items vs. custom-built) and factory capacity
  • Ocean freight vs. air freight, port congestion, and customs clearance
  • Seasonality and holidays (including Chinese New Year and peak Q4 volume)
  • Supplier inventory availability for blanks/components
  • Artwork complexity and the number of proof/revision cycles
  • Packaging requirements (kitting, inserts, labeling, compliance, gift boxing)
  • Shipping destination(s) (single location vs. multiple properties/locations)
  • Client approvals and internal procurement steps (POs, vendor onboarding, etc.)

Rush options are often available for many products, but depend on vendor capacity and decoration method. If you share your timeline and budget, we’ll recommend the best route (standard, rush, expedited shipping, or alternate product options) to hit your in-hands date.

Can you help if my logo isn’t print-ready?

Yes. Send whatever you have (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.). If adjustments are needed for clean printing or embroidery (like vectorization or minor cleanup), we’ll let you know before anything moves to production.

What happens after I approve the quote?

Once approved, we confirm final specs, collect payment/deposit if required, and send an artwork proof when applicable. After you approve the proof, we place the order into production, share tracking once it ships, and finalize invoicing as needed.
